Ryan, yesterday we had your brisket burgers. We loved them! Here was the feedback: These are a “burger- burger.” There is no mistaking this full flavourful burger for a tasteless patty. Each bite reminds you that you are eating a grilled burger. I would market these to men- women like them as well, but they will sell well for the ‘guys weekend’

We ate the dry ribs here this past week. They were just as good as last time. Good consistency on flavour, size etc. Amazing flavour and just the right amount of smokiness.My father was amazed at how perfectly cooked your meat is. We also had the chicken drumsticks. As he said, it is cooked so that the meat falls off the bone, but doesn’t fall apart on your plate- exactly what you want!
