Living with celiac disease can be challenging, as even small amounts of gluten can cause significant damage to the intestinal tract. Despite being vigilant about avoiding gluten, some individuals may still experience pain and discomfort. It is important to be aware of hidden sources of gluten and avoid any foods that are not labeled as “gluten-free.” To ensure the safety of our customers with celiac disease, we have implemented extensive testing on all of our foods and sauces. By taking extra precautions, we strive to provide a gluten-free environment for our customers and alleviate any concerns they may have about consuming gluten.

We are passionate about ensuring that all of our products are 100% Gluten Free and Lactose Free, without compromising on taste. To achieve this, we use a certified testing process on each and every ingredient we use, ensuring that they contain under 5ppm of gluten. This is much lower than the 20ppm required for a product to be labeled as gluten-free.

As someone with Celiac disease, our founder’s wife Samantha (Sam) knows firsthand how important it is to avoid even trace amounts of gluten. A reaction can occur at levels as low as 10ppm, causing flu-like symptoms that can last for several days.

To ensure the safety of our products, we go beyond the standard industry practice of testing only the final product. We test every single ingredient we use, and we keep a log of all results. We also retest every ingredient each time we buy or replenish our stock to ensure that it continues to meet our high standards for safety.
